To revitalize the neighborhoods of Old West Baltimore through cultural engagement, economic cultivation, and youth development to create an outlet for cultural expression through arts, entertainment and social dialogue.

Founded by concerned members of Arch Social Club in October 2014, months before the headline-grabbing Freddie Gray Uprising.  The Arch Social Community Network was created to help with revitalization work on the historic Pennsylvania Avenue arts and entertainment corridor from its headquarters in the landmark Arch Social Club.  The clubhouse is located at what was the epicenter of the 2015  conflict between local youth and the police.

The Arch Social Community Network desires to be a cultural hub within the neighborhoods of West Baltimore, and beyond, while building on the history and legacy of the Historic Arch Social Club.
