Mission & History

MISSION

To revitalize the neighborhoods of Old West Baltimore through cultural engagement, economic cultivation, and youth development and create an outlet for cultural expression through arts, entertainment and social dialogue.

HISTORY

Founded by concerned members of Arch Social Club immediately after Baltimore’s 2015, headline-grabbing Freddie Gray Uprising, Arch Social Community Network was crafted to revitalized the historical Pennsylvania Avenue arts and entertainment coridor from its headquarters in the landmark Arch Social Clubhouse, literally located at what was the epicenter of the 2015  street combat between local youths and the police.

The Arch Social Community Network seeks to be a cultural leader within the neighborhoods of West Baltimore and beyond.
